To be awarded the Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service learners are required to successfully complete 3 mandatory units and 4 optional units.
It will be assessed by internally set and marked assessments and quality assured by
NCFE – the qualification’s awarding body.
Learners who achieve this qualification could progress to the following NCFE
qualification:
• Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
• Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration
Option for 6 instalments for full time learners: 6 weeks of £227.50
Option for 17 instalments for part time learners: 17 weeks of £80.30
