To be awarded the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Contact Centre Operations, learners are required to successfully complete a minimum of 13 credits in total with 7 credits from the mandatory units and 6 credits from the optional units. A minimum of 10 credits must be at Level 2.
It will be assessed by internally set and marked assessments and quality assured by NCFE – the qualification’s awarding body.
Learners who achieve this qualification could progress to the following NCFE
qualification:
Option for 3 instalments for full time learners: 3 weeks of £217
Option for 8 instalments for part time learners: 8 weeks of £81.25
